Abstract
Una celda fotovoltaica p-n (10) que comprende una estructura de silicio cristalino (11) recubierta con una película conductora (12) formada usando una solución dopante tipo p y una solución dopante tipo n, las soluciones dopantes tipo p y tipo n incluyen componentes carotenoides. Un método para fabricar una celda fotovoltaica p-n encapsulada utilizando la celda fotovoltaica p-n (10) y el uso de estas celdas fotovoltaicas encapsuladas (19) formando módulos (15) que se utilizan para formar, con tejas fotovoltaicas (20), piezas individuales con funciones de generación y cobertura de energía eléctrica. Una unidad de conexión eléctrica para una teja fotovoltaica (20) que se utiliza para conducir de forma sencilla y segura la energía eléctrica generada por las tejas fotovoltaicas (20) a un inversor.
