Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método y sistema para la detección de anomalías en datos sensoriales que se originan a partir de componentes usados en procesos industriales. Los pasos de detección de anomalías comprenden (i) obtener datos de procesos y de alarmas/fallas de un componente o grupo de componentes, (ii) aprender la frecuencia típica de operación anormal o alarmas/fallas, (iii) comparar los nuevos datos con la operación normal aprendida, y (iv) identificarse como anómalo basándose en un valor de umbral que puede ajustarse. La invención también proporciona un monitoreo, detección y visualización de alarmas, automatizada, novedosa y eficiente, única para la aplicación.
