Abstract

Automatic machine that allows the processing of avocados transforming them into a finished product: peeled, pitted and cut into two halves and constituted by a set of devices, activated in sequence by a PLC, in particular: by a loading and positioning device (1) of the avocado fruit (2), by a pair of tweezers (3), each consisting of two arms (17) that close synchronously on the avocado fruit (2), and equipped with suction cups (4) mounted at the ends of the arms (17), for holding the avocado and separating the skin (5); by a pair of needle injectors (6), to inject air under the skin of the avocado fruit (2); by a cutting and boning device with profiled blades (21) facing each other, by means of evacuation and collection of the processed parts.
