Abstract

La almohadilla para incontinencia de orina (1), tal como se describe en la presente, de acuerdo con un primer aspecto, tiene bordes laterales longitudinales (2, 3) que se extienden en una dirección longitudinal (L) y bordes de extremo transversales (4, 5). La almohadilla para incontinencia (1) comprende una lámina superior permeable a fluidos (8), una lámina posterior (9) y un núcleo absorbente (10) que se ubica entre la lámina superior (8) y la lámina posterior (9), teniendo el núcleo absorbente (10) un borde frontal de núcleo (10a), un borde posterior de núcleo (10b), un primer borde lateral longitudinal de núcleo (10c) y un segundo borde lateral longitudinal de núcleo (10d). El núcleo absorbente (10) comprende un primer estrato de núcleo (11) y un estrato de control de fluido (12). El núcleo absorbente (10) en la dirección longitudinal (L) tiene una porción frontal (13), una porción posterior (15) y una porción intermedia (14) ubicada entre la porción frontal (13) y la porción posterior (15). La porción frontal (13) y la porción posterior (15) tienen, cada una, una longitud de aproximadamente 30% de la longitud total del núcleo absorbente (10) y la porción intermedia (14) tiene una longitud de aproximadamente 40% de la longitud total del núcleo absorbente (10) y el primer estrato de núcleo (11) se extiende sobre la porción frontal (13), la porción intermedia (14) y la porción posterior (15). El estrato de control de fluido (12) es más corto que el primer estrato de núcleo (11) y se extiende en la porción frontal (13) y la porción intermedia (14). El primer estrato de núcleo (11) comprende 100 g/m2 de material súper absorbente o más. El núcleo absorbente (10) tiene un perfil de grosor variante, según se observa en la dirección longitudinal (L), con un primer grosor (T1) en la porción intermedia (14) y un segundo grosor (T2) en la porción posterior (15). El primer grosor (T1) en la porción intermedia (14) es desde 9 mm o más y el segundo grosor (T2) es de 4 mm o menos, según se mide bajo un montón de carga de 0.5 kPa. La región que tiene el segundo grosor (T2) se extiende 30 mm o más en la dirección longitudinal (L) a partir del borde posterior de núcleo (10b) y hacia el borde frontal de núcleo (10a).
