Abstract

En la presente se describe un método para tratar un cáncer. El método incluye seleccionar un paciente sensible al tratamiento con un agente de unión a tubulina mediante la determinación de un nivel de expresión de un panel de biomarcador; y administrar el agente de unión a tubulina al paciente seleccionado. El biomarcador puede ser uno o más conjuntos de sondas enumerados en las Tablas 1-2 o 4 o las expresiones génicas identificables mediante el uso de los conjuntos de sondas enumerados en las Tablas 1-2 o 4.
