Abstract
La invención se refiere a un sistema de terminal de volumen de aire variable híbrido eficiente energéticamente con múltiples bobinas de calefacción para mejorar el control de temperatura en cada sala individual en una pluralidad de salas. El sistema de terminal de volumen de aire variable híbrido incluye una novedosa caja de volumen de aire variable híbrido que tiene un conducto de entrada y una pluralidad de conductos de salida acoplados a la novedosa caja de volumen de aire variable híbrido. Cada conducto de salida tiene una bobina de calefacción conectada funcionalmente al mismo con el cual puede conectarse funcionalmente a cualquier cantidad de pluralidad de salas para proporcionar un sistema de gestión de edificio eficiente energéticamente. En determinadas modalidades, se conecta ya sea un termostato real o uno virtual funcionalmente al sistema de terminal de volumen de aire variable híbrido para controlar la operación del sistema remotamente. En determinadas modalidades, el sistema de terminal de volumen de aire variable híbrido comprende un sistema automatizado de equilibrio neumático o un sistema automatizado de compuerta de control de espacio y de control de respuesta a la demanda para controlar y/o variar la cantidad de flujo de aire.
