The purpose of the present invention is to more effectively utilize an analysis result for data obtained from a process while maintaining a display to which a user is accustomed to using. The data acquisition unit acquires time-series data for a plurality of types of process variables indicating a state of a process (1) being monitored. The index calculation unit calculates an index indicating the possibility that no abnormality is occurring in the process being monitored and the process is sound, on the basis of the plurality of types of process variables. In relation to the index calculated by the index calculation unit the contribution rate calculation unit calculates, for each of the plurality of types of process variables, a contribution rate indicating the percentage of contribution to an increased possibility that no abnormality is occurring in the process being monitored and the process is sound.
