Abstract
Se proporcionan un método y un aparato para codificar una imagen de una secuencia de video y un dispositivo terminal, la imagen comprende un bloque de imagen actual. En el método, se obtiene información de movimiento inicial del bloque de imagen actual, se obtienen valores de muestra de al menos dos bloques de imagen de referencia candidatos correspondientes al bloque de imagen actual de acuerdo con la información de movimiento inicial, se restringe una profundidad de bits de valores de muestra de cada bloque de imagen de referencia candidato a una profundidad de bits predefinida, luego se obtiene información de movimiento refinado con base en valores de muestra restringidos de los al menos dos bloques de imagen de referencia y se determina un bloque de imagen de predicción del bloque de imagen actual de acuerdo con la información de movimiento refinado.
