Abstract
Esta solicitud proporciona un método y aparato de predicción de imágenes de video, para resolver un problema en una tecnología convencional de que se aumenta la longitud de una secuencia de video codificada. Algunas imágenes de video no tienen características afines, mientras que no todos los segmentos de algunas imágenes de video tienen características afines. En este caso, puede agregarse un primer tipo de identificador y/o un segundo tipo de identificador a una corriente de bits. El primer tipo de identificador se utiliza para indicar si un modo de inter-predicción basado en modelo de movimiento afín se habilita para una imagen de video, y el segundo tipo de identificador se utiliza para indicar si el modo de inter-predicción basado en modelo de movimiento afín se habilita para un segmento en la imagen de video. Para una imagen de video o un bloque de imagen incluido en el segmento para el que no es necesario utilizar el modelo de movimiento afín, es posible que no sea necesario transmitir un parámetro, relacionado con el modelo de movimiento afín, del bloque de imagen. En un lado de decodificador, durante la decodificación del bloque de imagen, no es necesario analizar el parámetro relacionado con el modelo de movimiento afín. Esto puede reducir la carga de un decodificador, aumentar una velocidad de procesamiento y disminuir un tiempo de procesamiento.
