Abstract
Se describen composiciones para la edición de genes mejorada y métodos de uso de las mismas. La composición contiene un anticuerpo que penetra en las células y un oligonucleótido donante que contiene una secuencia que puede corregir una mutación en el genoma de una célula. Preferiblemente, la composición no contiene nucleasa, PNA o nanopartícula. Las composiciones se usan para modificar el genoma de una célula al poner en contacto la célula con una cantidad eficaz de la composición. La modificación genómica se produce con mayor frecuencia tanto ex vivo como in vivo, cuando las células se ponen en contacto con el anticuerpo que penetra a las células y el oligonucleótido del donante en comparación con la ausencia del anticuerpo que penetra en las células.
