Abstract
En diversas modalidades, una aplicación retrospectiva calcula un valor métrico retrospectivo para la evaluación de un algoritmo de selección de velocidad de video. La aplicación retrospectiva determina una primera opción de codificación asociada con un fragmento de origen de un título de medios con base en un rastreo de desempeño de red y un entramado de memoria intermedia. La aplicación retrospectiva determina que la primera opción de codificación se asocia con un intervalo de duración almacenado en memoria intermedia. El intervalo de duración almacenado en memoria intermedia también se asocia con una segunda opción de codificación que se almacena en el entramado de memoria intermedia.
