Abstract

En la presente, en ciertas modalidades, se describe un método para inhibir o tratar un cáncer con el uso de un virus de mixoma que expresa TNF. En la presente también se describen métodos para inhibir o tratar un cáncer con uso de células mononucleares de sangre periférica y/o células de médula ósea tratadas con un virus de mixoma que expresa TNF. Algunos aspectos se refieren a virus de mixoma modificado y composiciones farmacéuticas para uso con uno o más de los métodos descritos en la presente.
