Abstract

Un método de soldadura por puntos de resistencia comprende: llevar a cabo soldadura de prueba; y llevar a cabo soldadura real después de la soldadura de prueba, en donde en el paso de corriente posterior en la soldadura de prueba, se lleva a cabo paso de corriente mediante control de corriente constante bajo una condición: 0.5 = Vtp/Vtm = 2.0 cuando tc < 800 ms; 0.5 - 0.3 × (tc - 800)/800 = Vtp/Vtm = 2.0 - 0.5 × (tc - 800)/800 cuando 800 ms = tc < 1600 ms; y 0.2 = Vtp/Vtm = 1.5 cuando tc = 1600 ms, donde Vtm es un valor promedio de un voltaje entre los electrodos en el paso de corriente principal en la soldadura de prueba, y Vtp es un valor promedio de un voltaje entre los electrodos en el paso de corriente posterior en la soldadura de prueba, y en donde en el paso de corriente principal en la soldadura real, se lleva a cabo soldadura de control adaptativo, y en el paso de corriente posterior en la soldadura real, se lleva a cabo paso de corriente mediante control de corriente constante bajo una condición: 0.8 × Itp = Imp = 1.2 × Itp, donde Itp es una corriente en el paso de corriente posterior en la soldadura de prueba, e Imp es una corriente en el paso de corriente posterior en la soldadura real.
