Abstract

Se describe un dispositivo y un método para mantener la estabilidad de posición del mandril de placa y anilox en plataformas de impresión de una prensa de impresión flexográfica; en un aspecto, los cojinetes del mandril asociados a al menos uno del rodillo de placa y el rodillo anilox se cargan previamente con el fin de eliminar el contragolpe y aumentar la rigidez posicional de los cojinetes y, por lo tanto, del mandril; en otro aspecto, el sistema de control del motor de accionamiento del rodillo está habilitado para proporcionar un comando aditivo de torque y el perfil de torque para mantener consistencia de rotación y superar de otro modo los transitorios de torque experimentados por el motor durante el rebote de impresión; por consiguiente, se mitiga el problema comúnmente denominado rebote de impresión y/o bandeado de impresión.
