Abstract
Un componente metálico densificado, de alta resistencia se fabrica mediante: la fabricación aditiva con inyección de aglutinante (BJAM) que imprime una mezcla de polvo para formar una pieza impresa; y la sinterización de supersólidos de la pieza impresa para formar el componente metálico, que después puede tratarse con calor. La mezcla de polvo comprende una mezcla de polvo de hierro base atomizado con agua y un polvo de ferroaleación maestra con alto contenido de carbono. El polvo de ferroaleación de alto contenido de carbono introduce altas concentraciones de carbono en una mezcla de polvo que puede imprimirse fácilmente por BJAM.
