Abstract

Una tapadera de un recipiente que comprende una cápsula (10) y que comprende, a su vez: - una tapa (2) que puede estar asociada con un recipiente y comprendiendo una boca fraccionable (20); - un cortador (3) que comprende un borde de corte (30) diseñado para abrir dicha boca rompible (20); - una cubierta (4) del cortador (3); medios de transmisión (50) para transmitir un componente giratorio de un movimiento de la cubierta (4) al cortador (3); - medios guía (900) que permiten una rotación y traslación de la cubierta (4) que jala dicho cortador (3), determinando el paso de la cubierta (4) y el cortador (3) de una configuración en reposo, en la que la boca rompible (20) está intacta, a una configuración de operación, en la que el cortador (3) está en una posición de fin de golpe, la boca rompible (20) está parcialmente abierta y la cubierta (4) es integral de manera giratoria con la tapa (2); la tapadera (1) comprende además: i) una funda de cápsula (11) que se sobrepone a la cubierta (4); en donde la cubierta (4) y la funda de cápsula (11) en una primera configuración se acercan de manera axial una a la otra en una dirección axial (40), en donde en una segunda configuración se mueven alejándose una de la otra a lo largo de la dirección axial (40); en donde la dirección axial (40) se identifica por un eje (300) a lo largo del que se lleva a cabo el movimiento del cortador (3) desde la configuración en reposo a la configuración de operación; ii) medios que se pueden separar (6) para transmitir una fuerza de torsión del desenroscado desde la funda de cápsula (11) a la cubierta (4), en donde dichos medios que se pueden separar (6) para el desenroscado de la cápsula (10) se acoplan unos con otros en la primera configuración y se desacoplan unos de otros en la segunda configuración.
