A container including a discharge tube, said tube having a peripheral cut out portion intermediate its ends presenting an annular shoulder, said discharge tube having a threaded portion between the cut out portion and the container, a threaded collar fitted over the threaded portion of the tube, said collar having a contracted portion fitted within the cut out portion of the tube, the ends of the contracted portion adapted to engage the shoulder, thereby restricting outward movement of the collar longitudinally of the discharge tube, and a closure movable with the collar and adapted to engage the end of the discharge tube, closing the discharge tube.

3. A container including a discharge tube having a threaded portion, a threaded collar operating over the threaded portion of the discharge tube, a shoulder on the tube and adapted to be engaged by the collar restricting outward movement of the collar, and a cap pivotally supported by the collar and adapted to close the tube.
