Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a reguladores derivados de esteroides, un método para prepararlos y usos de los mismos. De manera específica, la presente invención se refiere a un compuesto como se muestra en la fórmula (I), a un método de preparación del mismo, a una composición farmacéutica que contiene el compuesto y a sus usos como un regulador del receptor GABAA para tratar la depresión, convulsión, enfermedad de Parkinson y las enfermedades del sistema nervioso, en donde los sustitutos de la fórmula (I) son como se definen en la descripción.
