Abstract

Se proporciona un aparato de tratamiento con microondas que puede tratar apropiadamente un objetivo de tratamiento utilizando microondas. El aparato incluye: un recipiente 10 en el cual se coloca un objetivo de tratamiento 2; una unidad de irradiacion de microondas 20 que irradia una porcion interna del recipiente 10 con microondas; y un miembro de generacion de calor 30 que se proporciona adentro del recipiente 10 a lo largo del objetivo de tratamiento 2, genera calor al absorber parte de microondas utilizadas para irradiacion por la unidad de irradiacion de microondas 20, y transmite parte de las microondas. La unidad de irradiacion de microondas 20 irradia una porcion en la cual el miembro de generacion de calor 30 se proporciona con microondas, para de esta manera calentar el objetivo de tratamiento 2 desde el exterior a traves de la generacion de calor en el miembro de generacion de calor 30, y calienta directamente el objetivo de tratamiento 2 con microondas transmitidas a traves del miembro de generacion de calor 30.
