Abstract
El presente pedido de patente que pertenece al ramo de ciencia médica, más especificadamente al campo de los artículos quirúrgicos para el tratamiento de los huesos o articulaciones y dispositivos especialmente adaptados a los mismos, idealiza un dispositivo guía para fijación de láminas flexibles de implantes de columna vertebral; el estado de la técnica anticipa dispositivos de fijación de implantes, a las vértebras de los pacientes, constituidos por ganchos y tornillos pediculares, cuyo inconveniente es la falta de opción en la angulación de los tornillos pediculares en su aplicación a la vertebra, además de dispositivos guías precarios y poco elaborados; a fin de solucionar eses inconvenientes fue desarrollado el objeto del presente pedido de patente, que comprende un dispositivo guía para trasfijación de láminas flexibles (1) constituido a partir de plataformas (13) y (14), que tienen un lado en forma de caja, donde traspasa y desliza el conjunto de láminas flexibles (3), y el otro lado tiene un orificio (16) para su fijación al conector intermedio doble (5), que ostenta un tornillo pedicular (7); dicho conjunto de láminas flexibles (3) es formado por dos láminas (4), superpuestas, dotadas de aberturas longitudinales (9), por donde son unidas por medio de un dispositivo fijador (11), que les permiten deslizar una sobre la otra.
