Abstract
La presente invención proporciona 1H-pirazol[4,3-b]piridin-7-amina s de fórmula (I) como inhibidores de PDE1 junto con un segundo compuesto, siendo dicho compuesto útil en el tratamiento de un trastorno psiquiátrico y su uso combinado como un medicamento, en particular para el tratamiento de trastornos psiquiátricos y/o cognitivos.
