Abstract

La presente descripción proporciona una formulación. La formulación contiene una composición de polietileno de alta densidad que contiene (i) un componente de alto peso molecular que incluye un copolímero de etileno/a-olefina, el componente de alto peso molecular tiene una densidad de 0.924 a 0.930 g/cc y un índice de fusión de carga alta (I21) de 0.3 a 0.9 g/10 min; y (ii) un componente de bajo peso molecular que incluye un polímero a base de etileno seleccionado del grupo que consiste en un homopolímero de etileno y un copolímero de etileno/a-olefina. La composición de polietileno de alta densidad tiene (a) una densidad de 0.950 a 0.956 g/cc; (b) un índice de fusión de carga alta (I21) de 15 a 28 g/10 min; (c) un I21/I2 de al menos 85; (d) un tiempo de falla de carga de tracción constante con muescas a un límite elástico del 35 % de más de 90 horas; y (e) un valor F0 de resistencia al agrietamiento por estrés ambiental (ESCR), de acuerdo con ASTM D1693 - condición B (100 % IGEPAL), de más de 2,000 horas.
