Abstract

Un objetivo de la presente invención es proponer un troquel de flexión capaz de crear un producto sin causar pandeo, incluso si la forma del producto es larga o se flexiona libremente en un espacio tridimensional; el troquel de flexión de acuerdo con la presente invención es un troquel de flexión 1 que tiene una forma lisa formada al mover virtual y continuamente, en un espacio tridimensional, un perfil 5 que incluye una primera curva cerrada sustancialmente en forma circular C1 que tiene una porción de hueco, en donde un ancho de la abertura b de la porción de hueco es más corto que un ancho de la ranura a de la porción de hueco, una porción de inserción del tubo 2 se forma por medio de la porción de hueco, y la forma lisa se realiza y se crea en un espacio real utilizando una técnica de impresión tridimensional.
