Abstract

Sistemas de alimentación eléctrica y métodos de uso de los mismos para suministrar energía. Un sistema de alimentación eléctrica al que se hace referencia en el presente documento puede incluir un alojamiento capaz de unirse a una estación de trabajo, uno o más armazones o accesorios de montaje para recibir por lo menos un dispositivo de almacenamiento de energía, circuitos electrónicos para comunicar el estado del por lo menos un dispositivo de almacenamiento de energía, el estado de carga del por lo menos un dispositivo de almacenamiento de energía, y/o el estado general del por lo menos un dispositivo de almacenamiento de energía, y uno o más conectores eléctricos para permitir que el por lo menos un dispositivo de almacenamiento de energía se cargue y/o descargue y se comunique con los circuitos electrónicos, dicho alojamiento tiene una fuente de alimentación interna y un circuito de carga, dicha fuente de alimentación capaz de recibir energía de entrada desde una fuente de alimentación externa de CA o CC; en donde el sistema de alimentación eléctrica está configurado para suministrar energía a la estación de trabajo.
