Abstract

Se proporciona un disco de fricción en húmedo capaz de reducir más el par motor de arrastre. Un disco de fricción en húmedo (200) está configurado para incluir una ranura de aceite (203) y un material de fricción (210) sobre un núcleo metálico anular de placa plana (201). El material de fricción (210) está formado con lados portadores (214a, 214b) y una ranura portadora (215). Los lados portadores (214a) y (214b) se extienden respectivamente de manera lineal entre una porción de borde periférico interno (211) formado sobre un lado interno en una dirección radial del núcleo metálico (201) y dos porciones terminales circunferenciales (213a, 213b) que se extienden respectivamente en la dirección radial en ambas porciones terminales en una dirección circunferencial del núcleo metálico (201). La ranura portadora (215) se extiende en forma cóncava hacia un lado externo en la dirección radial del núcleo metálico (201) en una porción central de la porción de borde periférico interno (211) en la dirección circunferencial del núcleo metálico (201). Adicionalmente, los lados portadores (214a) y (214b) están formados respectivamente para extenderse en una dirección fuera de una línea central de ranura de aceite imaginaria (L) desde las porciones terminales circunferenciales (213a) y (213b) hacia la porción de borde periférico interno (211).
