Abstract
La presente invención se establece para dispositivos y sistemas para la detección de alérgenos en una muestra. El sistema de detección de alérgenos incluye un muestreador, un cartucho de análisis desechable y un dispositivo de detección con un sistema óptico optimizado. En algunas modalidades, la detección de alérgenos utiliza moléculas de ácido nucleico de aptámero como agentes de detección. En algunas modalidades, los ácidos nucleicos se conjugan con perlas magnéticas o superficies sólidas tales como vidrios, micropocillos y microchips.
