Abstract

Un sistema y método de paletización robotizada incluyen operar selectivamente un robot de paletización entre al menos un estado de preagrupamiento, en que el robot de paletización reúne los elementos que serán agrupados en una estación de preagrupamiento y un estado de agrupamiento principal, en que el robot de paletización reúne los elementos que serán agrupados en una estación de agrupamiento principal. El sistema y método además incluyen operar selectivamente una máquina de sujeción de carga entre un estado de sujeción, en que la máquina de sujeción de carga asegura al menos parcialmente los elementos que serán agrupados reunidos en la estación de agrupamiento principal y un estado no operativo. El robot de paletización puede operarse en el estado de preagrupamiento durante al menos una porción de un intervalo de tiempo durante el cual la máquina de sujeción de carga funciona en el estado de sujeción de carga para asegurar los elementos que serán agrupados reunidos en la estación de agrupamiento principal.
