Abstract

Se divulgan métodos y aparatos para controlar la activación de reguladores que incluyen una cámara de carga. Un aparato de ejemplo incluye un primer regulador neumático que incluye una cámara de carga, en donde el primer regulador neumático hace fluir fluido hacia un proceso corriente abajo; un segundo regulador neumático acoplado entre la cámara de carga y el proceso corriente abajo, en donde el segundo regulador neumático controla una activación del primer regulador neumático durante el funcionamiento normal en función de una diferencia de presión entre una primera presión corriente abajo del primer regulador neumático y una segunda presión dentro de la cámara de carga; y una válvula acoplada entre la cámara de carga y el proceso corriente abajo, en donde la válvula controla la activación del primer regulador neumático durante un evento de apagado.
