Abstract

Se presenta un arreglo 5 de transductores acústicos (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d, 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d, 11a, 11b,11c, 11d, 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) para un medidor de flujo. El medidor de flujo va a medir la velocidad en la cual está fluyendo el fluido. El arreglo incluye un conjunto respectivo de transductores (7, 9, 11, 13) para cada borde de un polígono regular teórico NRP. Los conjuntos de transductores son asociados con una cavidad tubular para llevar el fluido. Cada uno de los conjuntos de transductores incluye, de manera respectiva, dos transductores acústicos que son orientados para definir una vía acústica que se sitúa en un plano de medición MP7 del conjunto respectivo y otros dos transductores acústicos orientados para definir otra vía acústica que se sitúa en el plano de medición del conjuntorespectivo. Los conjuntos de transductores son posicionados de modo que, en corte transversal perpendicular a la cavidad tubular, el plano de medición de cada uno de los respectivos conjuntos de transductores sea coincidente con un borde respectivo del polígono regular teórico.
