Abstract

The present invention relates to a plating apparatus for transferring a molten plating solution from a pre-melt pot to a plating pot, and a plating method. The plating apparatus comprises: the pre-melt pot for accommodating the molten plating solution; the plating pot for accommodating the molten plating solution which is plated on a steel sheet; a launder for connecting the pre-melt pot and the plating pot so as to transfer the molten plating solution; a pipe member for transferring the molten plating solution of the pre-melt pot to the launder; and a gas supplying member for supplying gas to the pipe member.
