Abstract
Se describen un sistema y método de asignación de escala de alerta temprana. El sistema comprende un dispositivo informático, una pluralidad de sensores para adquirir señales fisiológicas desde un paciente, en donde los sensores se conectan funcionalmente al dispositivo informático, y al menos una alarma adaptada para emitir una alerta sobre una escala de alerta temprana (EWS) que excede un nivel predeterminado. El dispositivo informático recibe las señales fisiológicas de los sensores, analiza las señales fisiológicas, y basándose en las señales analizadas. calcula la escala de alerta temprana y la compara con la escala de alerta temprana a limites predeterminados y, si la escala está fuera de los limites, activa una alarma o activa o modifica un tratamiento o intervención médica.
