Abstract

Sistemas y métodos para agentes de conversacionales multi-propósito basados en técnicas de Aprendizaje Profundo para procesamiento de consultas de lenguaje natural. Los sistemas y métodos tradicionales contemplan sistemas conversacionales para procesar consultas de lenguaje natural pero no emplean técnicas de Aprendizaje Profundo, y por lo tanto no pueden procesar un número grande de intentos. Modalidades de la presente divulgación contemplan agentes conversacionales multi-propósito basados en Aprendizaje Profundo para procesar las consultas de lenguaje natural definiendo e integrando lógicamente una pluralidad de componentes compuestos de los agentes conversacionales multi-propósito, identificando un agente apropiado para procesar una o más consultas de lenguaje natural mediante una técnica de Identificación de Intento de Alto Nivel, prediciendo un intento de usuario probable, clasificando la consulta, y generando un conjunto de respuestas mediante la consulta o actualización de uno o más gráficos de conocimiento (322).
