Abstract

Se propone un método para analizar una muestra biológica, en el cual la muestra se divide en una pluralidad de porciones de la muestra, se alimenta a un montaje de sensores en una primera dirección de transporte y se retira en una segunda dirección de transporte la cual es opuesta a la primera dirección de transporte, y/o se baja múltiples veces una cubierta de sensor sobre un aparato sensor. Asimismo, se propone un cartucho para analizar una muestra biológica, en el cual se pueden formar diferentes circuitos fluídicos accionando las válvulas en el cartucho, y la muestra u otro fluido se puede transportar en los circuitos fluídicos por medio de un aparato de bombeo.
