Abstract

Un método para lavar automáticamente una tubería de revestimiento de un sistema de bomba de cavidad progresiva (PC). El método incluye inactivar, por medio de un controlador, un control de velocidad normal de una bomba de cavidad progresiva (PC) del sistema de bomba PC, y cerrar, por medio del controlador, una válvula de flujo de gas para detener el flujo de fluido ascendente en un espacio anular de la tubería de revestimiento. El método además incluye la apertura de una válvula de lavado para permitir el fluido de la fuente de fluido de lavado en la tubería de revestimiento. Después de la acumulación del fluido de lavado dentro del espacio anular, el método además incluye aumentar la velocidad de la bomba para comenzar a limpiar la tubería de revestimiento, y cerrar la válvula de lavado.
