Abstract
La presente solicitud proporciona un método para escribir datos para almacenamiento en un medio de almacenamiento basado en memoria flash, el método siendo aplicado a un módulo de función de control central para llevar a cabo control de escritura sobre al menos dos unidades de almacenamiento físico. El método comprende: obtener un conteo de borrado acumulativo total de todos los bloques en cada una de las unidades de almacenamiento físico (310); y escribir los datos para almacenamiento en al menos una unidad de almacenamiento físico que tiene el conteo de borrado acumulativo total más bajo entre las unidades de almacenamiento físico satisfaciendo una condición de escritura preestablecida (320). La solución técnica logra borrado y escritura equilibrados entre diferentes unidades de almacenamiento físico, evita el daño prematuro a una sola unidad de almacenamiento físico debido a demasiadas ocasiones de borrado y escritura en la unidad de almacenamiento físico, y mejora la estabilidad de un sistema donde se ubica la unidad de almacenamiento físico en un escenario de disponibilidad alta.
