Abstract

De conformidad con la presente invencion, tenemos un metodo y sistema que tiene la ventaja de poder realizar diversas funciones de una linea de producción convencional en un espacio reducido y con elementos sencillos de bajo costo, ya que los empaques de producto que se reciben mediante dos trenes de embolsado, son agrupados y depositados para formar diferentes arreglos dependiendo del contenedor que se este manejando en cada determinado momento; y al mismo tiempo, el sistema tiene la capacidad para recibir tarimas o dollies cargados con contenedores vacios, para ser apilados en otra tarima o dolly mientras son llenados de manera simultanea y continua. El sistema ademas tiene la versatilidad de manejar tarimas y dollies para dos diferentes tipos de contenedores, principalmente, los cuales pueden ser acomodados en distintas configuraciones utilizando el mismo equipo sin realizar modificaciones.
