Abstract

Un dispositivo de disparo electromagnético de acción directa comprende un alojamiento, y un mecanismo regulador, un mecanismo de acoplamiento, un sistema electromagnético y un mecanismo de disparo que se colocan en el alojamiento. El mecanismo regulador se conecta con el mecanismo de acoplamiento, el mecanismo de acoplamiento se conecta con un extremo de un núcleo de hierro del sistema electromagnético, y el mecanismo de acoplamiento se conecta con el mecanismo de disparo simultáneamente; cuando el sistema electromagnético tiene una corriente de activación al interior, el núcleo de hierro del sistema electromagnético se acciona para activar el mecanismo de acoplamiento, y el mecanismo de acoplamiento acciona el mecanismo de disparo para completar una acción de disparo; el mecanismo regulador comprende un mando giratorio y un vástago regulador, caracterizado porque el mando giratorio se empalma contra y se acopla al vástago regulador, y el vástago regulador se empalma contra y se acopla al mecanismo de acoplamiento. El sistema electromagnético comprende además un elemento elástico, y el elemento elástico empuja al núcleo de hierro para permitirle al mecanismo de acoplamiento empalmarse contra el vástago regulador y permitirle al mando giratorio empalmarse contra el vástago regulador. El mando giratorio gira para activar el vástago regulador a fin de moverlo ascendente y descendentemente para activar el movimiento del mecanismo de acoplamiento, de manera tal que el mecanismo de acoplamiento activa el núcleo de hierro a fin de moverlo ascendente y descendentemente para regular una corriente de activación de un producto. La liberación electromagnética de acción directa tiene una estructura sencilla y compacta, con un rendimiento seguro y estable, y fácil de ensamblar.
