Abstract

En la presente descripción se proporcionan métodos para preparar un artículo etiquetado que comprende curar un adhesivo curable con diodos electroluminiscentes sobre una etiqueta en película, tal como una etiqueta retráctil en película, en donde al menos porciones del adhesivo curable con diodos electroluminiscentes se disponen en la superposición que se forma entre un borde anterior y un borde posterior de la etiqueta en película. El curado puede realizarse a una temperatura menor que 70 °C y es adecuado para etiquetar 500-720 artículos por minuto de manera secuencial. También se proporciona en la presente descripción un aparato para etiquetar artículos con etiquetas de película, tales como etiquetas retráctiles en película que comprenden una estación de diodos electroluminiscentes. Además, también se proporciona un método para retroajustar el sistema de etiquetado de fusión por calor existente para usar en artículos de etiquetado con etiquetas en película, tales como etiquetas retráctiles en película.
