Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método para limpiar un sistema de filtración bajo operación, el sistema de filtración comprende un circuito Cp hidráulico que recicla la corriente de permeado hasta el lado de alimentación de la membrana yto un circuito Cr hidráulico que recicla la corriente de retenido hasta el lado de alimentación de la membrana, el método comprende: (1) inyectar una cantidad de un producto químico dentro del sistema de filtración, el cual se encuentra bajo operación en el circuito Cp hidráulico o en el circuito Cr hidráulico o corriente arriba de la membrana de filtración de flujo cruzado; (2) ajustar la proporción de la corriente de permeado reciclada o la corriente de retenido reciclada recolectadas en el circuito Cp yto Cr hidráulico para permitir el reciclado de una cantidad significativa del producto químico sin reaccionar del producto químico sin reaccionar que ha pasado a través de la membrana de filtración de flujo cruzado hasta el lado de alimentación de la membrana de filtración de flujo cruzado, asl como un sistema de filtración para llevar a cabo tal método.
