Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo de alineación (10) para colocar en una herramienta de torneado y para alinear una perforación (16) o avellanado (17) a realizar, o para alinear una etapa de acabado con respecto a una normal (60) de la superficie de una pieza (26), que comprende un cuerpo base (18) con un orificio pasante (22) para alojar el vástago de la herramienta (14) o la punta de la herramienta en una dirección de alineación y al menos dos, preferiblemente tres, palpadores (24) para el soporte alineado con la superficie de la pieza (26). Según la invención, por un desplazamiento de alineación del dispositivo de alineación (10) con respecto a la normal (60) de la superficie de la pieza (26), todos los palpadores (24) forman un circuito eléctrico (36) entre una fuente de corriente eléctrica (34) incluida en el cuerpo base (18) y el dispositivo de señalización (38), este circuito se cierra por una conexión en serie activada mediante uno de los palpadores (24), para activar el dispositivo de señalización (38) mediante el circuito eléctrico (36) cerrado de modo que, en caso de contacto mecánico de todos los palpadores (24) con la superficie de la pieza (26), solo se active un único dispositivo de señalización (38) y se emita una única señal de alineación. Asimismo, la invención se refiere a un procedimiento para alinear una perforación (16) o un avellanado (17), o para alinear una etapa de acabado con un dispositivo de alineación (10) según la invención.
