Abstract

Un sistema de distribución de datos electrónicos o de energía eléctrica incluye un suministro de energía o un módulo de datos electrónicos que recibe energía eléctrica o señales de datos electrónicos de una fuente, una tira conductora plana para enrutar energía eléctrica o datos electrónicos a lo largo de una superficie generalmente plana, como un piso, pared, divisor de habitación o techo, y un bloque de salida de energía o de datos. El suministro de energía tiene un par de conductores de descarga de energía, y la tira conductora plana tiene un par de conductores eléctricos generalmente planos en una disposición espaciada, que están acoplados eléctricamente a los respectivos conductores de descarga de energía. El bloque de salida tiene un par de contactos de recepción de energía a lo largo de una superficie inferior del mismo, y un receptáculo eléctrico en el bloque de salida, estando el receptáculo colocado por encima de la superficie inferior. Los contactos de recepción de energía se acoplan eléctricamente a los respectivos conductores eléctricos planos y transmiten la energía eléctrica a los contactos respectivos del receptáculo eléctrico, para alimentar dispositivos eléctricos o electrónicos.
