Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for dehydrating aqueous fractions of aqueous food formulations consisting of separating the aqueous from solid fraction thereof, heating the aqueous fraction of up to 50°, immediately adding a quantity of starch to the aqueous fraction, and shaking until the starch is completely dissolved. Also, it includes heating the mixture from 90°C to 95°C until said it thickens, cooling it, distributing the thick mixture on a hydrophobic surface, dehydrating in a conventional dehydrator until a humidity of up to 5.2% is obtained. Finally, the star paper cools with the dehydrated layer, detaches thereof, grinds the dehydrated layer, and packages it.
