Abstract
En un aspecto, un MME acelera (o de lo contrario controla) la cantidad o la tasa de los datos de UL que un UE transmite en el plano de control, tal como mediante la comunicación a la información de control de tasa de UE (por ejemplo, un factor de aceleración o retardo de aceleración). Por ejemplo, la MME puede acelerar mensajes NAS con datos de usuario (es decir, PDU de datos de NAS) enviados usando optimización de EPS de plano de control CIoT mediante la adición de un factor de aceleración y/o un retardo de aceleración en un mensaje NAS enviado al UE.
