Abstract

En un aspecto, un MME acelera (o de lo contrario controla) la cantidad o la tasa de los datos de UL que un UE transmite en el plano de control, tal como mediante la comunicación a la información de control de tasa de UE (por ejemplo, un factor de aceleración o retardo de aceleración).
