Abstract
La invención hace referencia a una inserción de intercambiador de calor del mezclador o a una disposición de inserción de intercambiador de calor del mezclador y a un intercambiador de calor del mezclador que comprende una disposición de inserción del intercambiador de calor del mezclador correspondiente, que tiene un comportamiento de mezcla y de control de temperatura mejorados y que tiene una tendencia menor al ensuciamiento. La inserción de intercambiador de calor del mezclador comprende un primer grupo de placas de cuerpo hueco (10, 11) con un volumen interno (13) y un segundo grupo de placas de cuerpo hueco (20, 21) con un volumen interno (23). Las placas de cuerpo hueco (10, 11) del primer grupo están inclinadas en una primera dirección (RI) en relación con una dirección de extensión longitudinal (L) de la inserción del intercambiador de calor del mezclador (1), y las placas de cuerpo hueco (20, 21) del segundo grupo están inclinadas en una segunda dirección (R2) en relación con una dirección de extensión longitudinal (L) de la inserción del intercambiador de calor del mezclador (1). Las placas de cuerpo hueco (10, 11) del primer grupo colindan lateralmente con las placas de cuerpo hueco (20, 21) del segundo grupo, y los volúmenes internos (13) de las primeras placas de cuerpo hueco (10, 11) se conectan con los volúmenes internos (23) de las segundas placas de cuerpo hueco (20, 21) de modo que los volúmenes internos (13) del primer grupo y los volúmenes internos (23) del segundo grupo son parte de un volumen interno total conectado (13, 23) que se diseña para llevar un fluido de control de temperatura.
