Abstract
Se proporciona un aparato de chapado que incluye: un baño de chapado que chapa una chapa de acero con metal fundido; una unidad de barrido que está dispuesta en un lado o ambos lados de la chapa de acero en una parte trasera del baño de chapado en una dirección de desplazamiento de la chapa de acero y controla un peso de recubrimiento del chapado sobre la chapa de acero; y una unidad de enfriamiento que está dispuesta en un lado o ambos lados de la chapa de acero en una parte trasera de la unidad de barrido en la dirección de desplazamiento de la chapa de acero y enfría la chapa de acero, en el que la unidad de barrido incluye una cuchilla que está en contacto con la capa de chapado sobre la superficie de la chapa de acero y controla un peso de recubrimiento del chapado, y una unidad de suministro de refrigerante que suministra la cuchilla con un líquido criogénico que incluye nitrógeno líquido o helio líquido para enfriar la cuchilla, con el fin de simplificar los procesos y mejorar la productividad y calidad de los productos.
