Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento y a un dispositivo para el montaje de un árbol de levas regulable, que presenta al menos un segmento de árbol que presenta un árbol externo y un árbol interno que se extiende concéntricamente por una perforación de paso del árbol externo, comprendiendo el procedimiento al menos las siguientes etapas: - posicionar previamente el árbol interno, introduciendo el árbol interno al menos por secciones excéntricamente en la perforación de paso del árbol externo, - empujar un elemento de posicionamiento en una dirección de empuje por una primera perforación de árbol externo formada en una pared circunferencial del árbol externo, una perforación de árbol interno que se extiende ortogonalmente al eje longitudinal del árbol interno y una segunda perforación de árbol externo formada en una pared circunferencial del árbol externo de tal manera que el elemento de posicionamiento sobresale más allá de la segunda perforación de árbol externo, - posicionar de manera definitiva el árbol interno, moviendo el elemento de posicionamiento en contra de la dirección de empuje de tal manera que el árbol interno se orienta concéntricamente en el interior de la perforación de paso del árbol externo.
