Abstract
Se proporciona un método de inspección de características de superficie para inspeccionar un tratamiento térmico sobre un producto de acero sometido a un tratamiento de superficie en una manera no destructiva. Se utiliza un aparato de inspección de características de superficie que incluye un circuito de puente para corriente alterna, un suministro de energía de corriente alterna que suministra una energía de corriente alterna al circuito de puente para corriente alterna, y un dispositivo de evaluación que evalúa las características de superficie de un objeto, el cual es un producto de acero sometido a un tratamiento térmico, en base a una señal de salida del circuito de puente para corriente alterna. Las bobinas de un detector de referencia y un detector de inspección en el circuito de puente se energizan para producir un magnetismo de corriente alterna para inducir una corriente parásita de Foucault en un objeto de referencia y el objeto, respectivamente, y las características electromagnéticas del objeto obtenidas en el estado donde el detector de referencia detecta un estado de referencia se hace salir como una primera señal de salida.
