Abstract
Se divulga un método y un aparato de división de bloque para codificación o decodificación de video para un codificador de video o un decodificador de video respectivamente; la estructura de árbol de división correspondiente a un proceso de división condicional se determina para dividir el bloque actual de datos de video en uno o más sub-bloques finales; el proceso de división condicional comprende un proceso de división binario condicional que utiliza al menos una primera restricción en caso que un bloque determinado de la estructura de árbol de división sea dividido en bloques de arriba y abajo, o una segunda restricción si el bloque determinado de la estructura de árbol de división es dividido en bloques izquierdo y derecho; el bloque de abajo no tiene permitido dividirse en un bloque inferior-izquierdo y un bloque inferior-derecho de acuerdo con la primera restricción, y el bloque derecho no tiene permitido dividirse en un bloque superior-derecho y un bloque inferior-derecho de acuerdo con la segunda restricción.
