Abstract
La invención se refiere a una válvula de aguja para controlar un flujo de fluido de un agente de revestimiento (H, SL) en un sistema de pintura, particularmente para controlar un flujo de fluido de una mezcla de dos componentes que consiste de dos componentes de agente de revestimiento (H, SL), particularmente una pintura de dos componentes hecha a partir de una mezcla madre (SL) y un agente de curado (H), que comprende un asiento de válvula (7) y una aguja de válvula (4) desplazable con un vástago de aguja y una cabeza de aguja (5), en donde la cabeza de aguja (5) cierra el asiento de válvula (7) en una posición cerrada de la aguja de válvula (4), mientras la cabeza de aguja (5) abre el asiento de válvula (7) en una posición abierta de la aguja de válvula (4). La invención proporciona una membrana flexible (18) que rodea la aguja de válvula (4) anularmente en una manera de sellado aguas arriba antes de la cabeza de aguja (5).
