Abstract
Un método de sellado de un anillo alrededor de una tubería de perforación cuando se perfora un barreno hacia abajo comprende: proporcionar un empacador desinflado en una tubería de perforación cuando se perfora el barreno hacia abajo; abrir uno o más puertos para el empacador con el uso de una válvula activada por bola; y hacer circular fluido de perforación para inflar dicho empacador a través de dicho uno o más puertos, para formar de ese modo un sello en el anillo alrededor de la tubería de perforación. También se proporciona un aparato para llevar a cabo este método.
